Runway location and layout (see depiction below):

  • The R/C runway runs East-West in the middle of a HUGE (600 acre) hay field. The pilots face North (no sun in your face!).
  • Parking is to the South of the access road with the pits between the road and the runway.
  • To reach the field, take the next entrance South of the Groeschel sign and drive straight into the field until you see the mowed runway.
  • This is a new field, so please be cautious about where you drive until the path and runway become more established and visible.
